SMS messages are sent by Suzy, a product of Solution Tech Consulting LLC. Our messages come from a United States phone number registered with mobile carriers.
When you opt in to SMS notification alerts, you may receive messages about:
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 10 messages per week. You will never receive marketing or promotional SMS messages — only transactional notification alerts related to your account.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Suzy by providing your phone number and explicitly enabling SMS notifications in your account settings. During onboarding, you may also provide your phone number and consent to receive messages. By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Suzy at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the service.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Suzy does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Please contact your mobile provider for details about your text messaging plan.
Your phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to send you the transactional notifications described above.
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
